Check to make sure that the nut hasn't shifted...might not have staked it completely. Did you replace the nut with a new one? If it's been unstaked and restaked a few times, it probably won't hold like it used to.
i am going to do it again with yes another set if new nuts, this time i might add an extra 10 lbs to it?

AP1 and AP2 heh.. gosh i better learn how to do this

Take the nut off and use LOCKTITE extra strength thread lock on the threads. Retorque to factory specs.....
I just picked up my car and totally not fixed.
I personally drove the car with master tech to show him
and he was like, i don't hear anything.. in addition, after hearing
the sound, he said that this sound had nothing to do with rear
axle nut cuz this problem was solved by HONDA as of 2005 model.
The master tech told me to drive the car more and when the sound
gets awfully noticeble, then bring it back to him.
Now, I am tired of dealers BS, and I still hear that annoying clunk sound
everytime I step and let go of the gas. Can any of you could tell me
how to retorque the axle nut ? I've decided to take care of this problem
myself and get it over with... please help~

I hear a clunky noise, kind of like metal bending, when the car isn't running and I shift my body back and forth. It's also coming from the rear left. There might be noises on the right, but I can't hear it. Is this attributed to the rear axel nut as well?

mine does it at very low speed.. its like from the complete stop, then
as soon as you give it a gas, the clunk sound comes on from the right rear..
its funny though cuz it only creates that sound only when at very low speed.
Sound gets even louder and worse when i rock the car by giving quick gas
and let go, quick gas and let go at a speed of 2-5 mph.. it sucks big time~
Axle Nut Acid test. Get on a sloped hill, going up, let the car roll back, and then let out the clutch and take-off as normal. If the nut is loose and needs to be re-torqued, then it will pop. Kind of like someone rapping on the shifter with a wrench.

I don't think I've noticed your problem while I'm traveling at low speeds. I'll definitely pay more attention next time. As of now, I only hear it when I get in and out of the car and rock my body back and forth from putting my bag on the passenger seat and such.
