rear license plate lights

Default rear license plate lights
does anyone know how to take apart and change the rear license plate lights. i looked under there and i couldn't find any screws to unscrew or any other way i can get to the bulb. thanks.

I never saw where my light is located so this is a guess. Did you try from inside the trunk?

To get the cover off, I took a knife and wedged into the one corner, (seems like it had a notch in it, don't remember) and it will pop right off. Then just pull the bulb out.

the license light will look better if you put a hyperwhite wedge bulb in PolarG or PIAAs will look nice.

yea i wanted to put a hyper white bulb in there. the stock bulb is so nasty. thanks guys.

But this will make the liscense plate more visable!
