i'm having the same problem. purchased a used MY01, and the rear plastic mirror is pretty banged up. i can barely see out of it. i saw the HOW-TO replace the plastic to glass, but i personally don't think i can do it myself. anyone know where i could get such a procedure done and how much it would cost? also, where can i get the glass from? honda dealer?
