Just went to the dealer to pick up my car and I noticed that they had opened my roof to fix my passenger side seat. The thing that is concerning me is the fact that when they lowered the roof, the plastic window wasn't straightned out. Now my plastic window has dents(you know what I mean?) on it. It is right in the middle and is bothering me a lot when I am driving. I talked to the service manager when i was at the dealer and he tells me that it will eventually even out when it is exposed to the sun. Is that true?? Anyone had dents on their plastic window???? Please HELP!!! Thanks!!

if you use a lot of plexus and a window tube, it will help prevent any more dents. To get rid of the existing ones. You can do this:

Boil a pot of water,
take down to your car (by then it should be hot, but not boiling)
Then gently pour the water over the plastic window. This should cause the plastic to shrink together.

A guy that works at American Honda told me about this trick.

I think the hot water trick is actually in a TSB.

Remember the rear window is made of a thermo-plastic. I would assume it's cold in Maryland right now? The window will crease a bit. Warmth will restore most of the shape. The boiling water trick has worked for me on other cars. Plexus will remove scratches not fix a crease.
