Are you sure that pouring "almost boiling" water on a stook or any car for that matter is safe? It may help the window crease by shrinking the window temporarily...but does anyone know any long term effects? It would get on the soft top, maybe the trunk... Am i crazy?? Anyone else even slightly afraid of this?

If its a nice day and a bit warm out, leaving the car top up in the sun does work. Just did it today actually. I had a dimple earlier from folding the top. Its now gone with no effort at all
