I was washing my car yesterday only to find that the right rear tailight is fogging up (water is seeping through). I haven't touched the rear tailight at all since I've gotten the car. Will Honda warranty this? (Fix or replace it)...I'm curious to know what you all think before I call Honda today.

I think Honda would warranty this. Someone else on the board had a problem with water in their front headlights. They had it warrantied and replaced.

 

I had a problem like that 2 days after I bought the car....they replaced it and told me that if it ever happened it would be replaced again....now go and get you a new tailight

 

Ok cool Sounds like I'll be giving Honda a call later today.

Btw, did they replace the rear tail light? or did they reseal it?

Ok, I just scheduled my appointment for this weekend. Saturday at 1:30 p.m.

Sounds like they aren't to sure wheter or not they'll be able to warranty it..since they haven't seen it yet.

Was your rear tailight replaced or resealed? Sounds like if they are going to do any work to it, it'll end up being resealed. (I'm going to have to talk to them about that on Saturday.)

Fogging up the rear tail lights, eh. Thats what happens when you're making out in such a small car. Roll the windows down or put down the top! JK. Hope they fix this for you.
