I use Plexus for everyday upkeep and the Meguiars stuff for the really hard scratches. My window actually looks better than when I first bought the car. If you want to try the products out before buying them, come down to my house and I'll work my magic on your window.

 

I used to work in sheet plastics fabrication, and we always used a product called Novus, it works amazing !! They have three different products depending on how bad your window is. Check it out this link and see what you think.
