So the first mistake was ten cents in the contract.

The second mistake was them telling you to bring the car in to fix the first mistake.

Glad it worked out.

Well whats the word, hoep you stuck to you guns. (figure of speach)

Local Ford dealer did that to my friend, they wanted him to bring $4k more on a F250 4x4 diesel- rollalong package = stickered for $55k

he said FU come to my house pick up you f-ing truck and my trade in better be in the same shape I brought it you

I still see the JERKS from the dealership around town - A-holes

The GM called him back and apologized for the saleman calling "well will take care of it"

Make sure that the contract terms are still the same. They may be saving you 10 cents a month, but those sneaky bastards could have extended the contract from 60 months to 72 months. Read the contract over again, and compare every word with the original one.

Keep a clean file for this vehicle and compare all of the financial terms of both sales agreeents. I do not know what line of work you or your mom are in, but may help you in the future if you provide the dealership with an invoice for the professional time incurred by your mom which could help in future negotiations involving poor servicing of the vehicle.

In reality, I find it hard to believe that the dealership demanded you to show up and requested that you bring the s2k with you. It would appear to me that this could have been done by a simple addendum to the sales agreement prepared by the financing company and set by mail to your residence. Even if the car was financed for 6 yrs, the difference would only be $6.00. Perhaps finding a different dealer that has a general manager with some comon sence would be to your advantge too.
