Adrian, welcome, and be sure to add you VIN to your profile so you show up as an Owner!

For engine oil, it's 10w30. I personally use Mobil1 synthetic (not too expensive and readily available). For dino oils, most prefer Castrol GTX. Stick with dino oil if your car is under 10k miles.

For the gearbox, I use Honda MTF. Others use Redline MT-90, GM Synchromesh FM, and others. Frequent changes seem to keep the shifter feel nice and smooth.

Don't overlook the differential as well, should be changed every 10k miles or so to keep it clean.

The clutch system uses brake fluid. Take your pick between Honda, or any other brand, just make sure you get one that has the correct rating.

There's a great thead in the notes in Under the Hood that gives links to DIY procedures for all of these maintenance procedures and more. You could spend a whole day reading them, and it's time well spent.

Search and ye shall find. Tons of info here. Most use 10w30.

The clutch fluid Honda spec is DOT3 brake fluid. Honda makes a good one, as does Ford.

About Mobil 1 engine oil, some of my friends and mechanic told me that it's bad for the seal. I don't know how true is that??

5.5 quarts
1.8 quarts
.8 quarts

... respectively.

The "clutch oil" doesn't lubricate the clutch... it's hydraulic fluid used to actuate the clutch. You should change it as often as you change your brake fluid. I don't recall the interval. Probably every 30k miles.

Try the owner's manual. That will tell you the answer instead of "i always thought."

I just checked my owners manual if your area temp gets lower than 0 Deg F 5w-40 is recommended cause it has a lower heat range, other than that it says to use 10w-30.
