Red/Black Interior Inconsistencies
Still looking for the interior color codes.
The interior of my '06 is so monochromatic Black that the silver radio door looked garish.
The only spot of color in there. Hence the Boring Black designation.
Doesn't mean I'm not happy with it but Honda could have dressed it up with maybe contrasting stitching, some dash accents, or something.
Automobile manufacturers build cars for their dealers, not car buyers. Silver is an easy color to sell. According to some sources 70% of cars sold are some shade of white, red, grey or silver and the last two are pretty much the same.

That may well be Chuck, but I would add that not all whites/reds/silvers are created equally. I still love many of the colors that GM used back in the late 60's, but I also don't feel that those colors would necessarily translate quite so well to today's more monochromatic styled cars. To each their own.
Good luck with the search datadr!

After continual research I think I've gotten to the bottom of it... I think this one (https://www.cars.com/vehicledetail/detail/720689047/overview/) may have been victim of flood damage or something, although it isn't noted on the Carfax report. The door insets are correct, but the seats are solid red and the carpet is black.
I think I'm becoming most partial to the Silverstone with Black/Red interior. At first I was hooked on the Laguna Blue, but I really like Silverstone, and I agree with GuthNW - it's timeless and classy, although I agree with you that many of the colors look great. I did find a later model Suzuka Blue with the blue/black interior and that's really nice as well... Choices, choices.

Used the original 2006 rails and mounted the 2003 seat base and back to it, had to swap a few brackets because of the seatbelt mounting location on the 2006. Worked out well with no dash lights and passenger side airbag functions as intended.
