I love my red interior. I wanted a white s2 and did not buy one until I found it with the red interior. You either love it or hate it. To me it just stands out and makes the car even more distinct.

All red is too much IMHO. I like the black/red interior. I got a better deal on a car with all black interior, so I swapped to black/red:

To me, black interior is boring, dime a dozen...Tan seems more suited for older people/older car...Red/black just doesn't seem to flow well, for me at least....But the red interior is definitely love it or hate it...I think the red gives it more of a character...It was the only way I wanted it after seeing it.

I LOVE my berlina black/ black-red interior. Everyone loves it, especially women, they all ask if it's custom and I'm like mmm yeah!

I waited and waited to get an S and it had to have black/red interior, the exterior choices for me that I really wanted where berlina,GPW or silverstone. I'm soo happy I got my first choice.

I LOVE the red/black. I'm not quite as sold on the all red, but I find the all black way too boring. It just looks like a black hole to me.

When (god only knows when) I buy another S, it will have red interior. That is a major stipulation for me.

I love the red interior. GPW with the all red interior released in MY02 is one of my favorite color combos.

So, which cars have the all red and which have the red/black. I actually really like the red/black, the all red, not so much!

I simply can't understand how anyone can think of the all red interior as "nasty" or "disgusting". Have you seen one in person?? If you have then you're entitled to have your opinion and I take no offense to it. But if you rely solely on pictures for your opinion, then you're misinformed because it looks so much better in person. It simply looks "money" in daylight with the top down. I haven't met a single female who hasn't been impressed by it.

I personally find the all black a little too drab and spartan looking and the red/black somewhat busy. I was specifically looking for all red because there are just so many ho-hum black interiors. I wish Honda would bring the moonrock/all-red combo here to the states.

Definitely didn't want a black interior in a convertible again so Red was the only choice in 2002. Looking at it on the show room floor it was a little overwhelming but from behind the wheel I didn't even notice as the instrument panel breaks it up nicely. When I brought it home my wife just went "Ewwww!" but every body else loved it. My wifes now has a Porsche with all Chestnut Brown (Burgundy) and hates it when she sees ones that aren't all the way. Silver/red and White/red are classic sports car/roadster color combos from this Jaguar

or this one

to Porsches like

and this 60 Vette

Even muscle cars from the 60's like this GTO

or this '66SS

So for an old fart like me there was no problem going with an all red interior but I have no problem with people thinking it is too much for them since it's right for me.
