Red Leather v. Black Leather

My friend tells me the red leather looks nice, but it will stain easier and basically show normal wear and tear a lot quicker than black leather. True?

It's purely a matter of personal preference.

So by what you're saying Barry, do you mean that wear and tear has nothing to do with personal preference between red or black?
