How did you wire it into the fuse box?

I'm somewhat experienced with home wiring (installing outlets, etc.), but I have no experience with auto wiring.

I'd like to hardwire mine, but I'm not sure what to tap into, or if there's a better alternative than the crimp on that comes with the V-1.

And yes, Valentine is smarter than the Stalker company. I'd imagine that he'll have an update ready as soon as this becomes operational.

I thought Detectors work best when it is mounted highest position?

any other idea as to how to obtain these parts used in fabricating this mount? radio shack said they discontinued these parts....just curious to see if anyone had any ideas
