on a side note...the dealership where i test drove the S tried to sell me the one I test drove with about 400 miles already on it...no way did i want that or the others on the lot

I had no problems test driving the S at the four Honda dealers I visited. Go to other dealers.

Cheers,

No Spa yellow for sale in my town. Was this the model that not alot of people bought. I see a ton of Suzaki (spelling) And alot of red ones. Got rejected again. I showed up in my buddies Lexus. Different dealer. I think its the damn policy. I even called ahead to set something up. RAR. I am just gonna go in my moms minivan with her and tell them That I AM SERIOUS ABOUT A TEST DRIVE.

Some sales guy are just trying to be a jerk. I'm over 30 and when I went to buy my S last year, the sales guy wouldn't let me test drive unless I purchase the car first This car already have 500 miles too and they also add a markup of $2K. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. The guy must be dreaming. I called first too. It didn't matter what car you drive to the dealership cause I drove my BMW there. I took my business to Hardin Honda afterward. They let me test drive without hesitation.

My problem is, I live in the upstate region of NY. There are not alot of s200s around here. Even less in the prelude market. So its really hard for me to test drive one of these cars. I have driven a turboed lude before though. The S2000 is the only one that has escaped me. I will most likely have to go through a private dealer since I am looking for the best deal possible. I might take up some of your guys offer about checking the car out for me in far away areas.
