Default remember me? mg racing ripped me off?

hi, remember me? i am spyderfish. tim hamm sold my turbo and kept the money? your mods. took my thread off the board? why? you guess. the mods told me to settle it outside of your forum. i tried before and after posting. want me to sum it up? tim hamm is a real good talker...i let him send me 3 post dated checks for 1 grand each taking a 500 dollar loss on my stolen turbo. bouncy ....bouncy....bouncy...oh yeah...now i am out bounced check fees too. awesome company that mg racing. line up to place your orders. o.k. mods slap my wrist and ban me from your site. show your members how much you care about them by censoring my post. in fact why not just delete it? thank you for your time.

hmm mods & MG Racing need to figure out whats up with this.. last time i read the first thread about this, i wasn't even considering getting an S2000 yet.. now i own one months later and this matter still isn't resolved...

i don't believe mods should be protecting a sponsor who cannot resolve these kinds of issues. that kind of money isn't something you toss around and forget.

I just told you I didn't think this was the right place for you to bitch, but I gotta say if what you say is the case then you have every right to complain and everyone should probably hear that.

I know I'd like to hear a realistic answer to this.

I agree Dogman,

Not to cast doubt, but just because you say he sent you post dated checks, doesnt mean that he did..Though I do believe you.

Hopefully you will get a response.

And lastly, Lee, one of my favourite one liners

Naw, I wasn't thinking idiot......

Anyhow, if your gonna make a claim then lets see what ya got. Prove away sir.

I like to remain objective till I'm shown otherwise...but this has played out for a long time and I'm pretty sure if you were satisfied you'd have said so.

Mods here do not protect sponsors. This issue was related to a Turbo Kit for a Toyota MR2. This appears to be a legal issue between Spyder and MG Racing. I, nor my peers, are privy to what agreements were involved with the sale of MG Racing to Tim. I too am surprised this issue has not been resolved. Tim has been very responsive to board members here in the past. Only Tim and Spyder know the specifics and once again I would suggest this be handled off line between the litigants.

Scanned in copies of the returned checks would at least be proof for the Board if MG did bounce some checks to you.?
