Default Remote keyless entry

Hello,
I just notice today that my keyless entry remote was not locking my car. Everything else work but the locking button. I have two remotes and they both did the same. Anyone know what it could be? Help appreciated. thanks!

Does it unlock? How about popping the trunk? Panic button?

i know i know!
Mine does that sometimes too! but i figured it out.
If you hear beeping sound after you remove the key from the key hole, that means your key lock was not placed back correctly when you remove the key and therefore remote won't work.
So if you hear the sound, just plug back in your key and twist a little bit to hear that "click" sound then pull it out. If you don't hear the sound no more, your remote would work fine as usual.

Well, if this is not the case, i'm sorry!

I actually just had my ignition replaced to fix this... Seems to have worked...

Make sure your door actually closed because it won't lock if it is not.
