Default removable spray can for (bumper protect)

i saw this a long time ago, its a pray can that has variety of colors to match your car, you spray it on the bumper, it protects your paint from bugs/ rock chips/ etc.... and it's completely removable (spray it off with water) does anyone know what i'm talking about?

just like a clear bra (from the dealership) but this one is spray on, removable and cheap (spray can)

planning to go road trip.....

I don't know if I would go through all that trouble to spray that on and then scrub it off. I would just use a leather bra or no bra and clean the car afterwards.

It pretty much comes off in the rain, too. I've seen people use it on the way to the Dragon.

I am not sure I see the point. Get some cosmolene and brush it on if you're that worried... Honda used to ship their cars with a coating of cosmolene (or something similar) before the white plastic film became popular.

It seems like a lot of trouble to go to (masking and all) just to get temporary protection. I've installed 3M film in less time!

You just power spray it off. I was about to use this going to the dragon, but then just decided not to. I did see someone else who had done it at the dragon though. Seemed decent for temporary use. No tape to peel off, and the bugs etc all just come right off.

I do remember my brother spraying Pam (cooking spray) on the front of his car for one trip, to keep bugs and crap from sticking. I think people do it in Florida when the June bugs are a problem.

yea they eat into your bumper like there's no tomorrow if you leave them there.

i usually have to wipe off my bumper in periodically throughout the week cuz if i wait for the weekend to clean it all.... dead love bugs + horrible florida sun = pits in paint
