Default removing front bumper

just got some jdm headlights....i have an oem lip on my car as well. I was wandering how long it would take to swap the oem headlights with jdm. My main question is HOW do you remove the front bumper...sorry if this has been done to death, but i've searched several message boards and came up empty handed. thanks, brandon

Rick's has some pretty good instructions on how to remove the front bumper. I did the diffuser install this past weekend and I have the OEM front lip. You don't have to remove the lip to remove the bumper. Here's the link to the instructions:

If you are just swapping the stock headlights with JDMs, it will probably take 2 hours or so... maybe 3.

I know this is an old thread, but I removed my front bumper this weekend to fix the plate threads that got displaced behind the bumper. It took a lot of hard pulling to get the sides of the bumper off.

Here's a pic of the car with the bumper off:
