Smile removing stock exhaust tips

so i know that there is just the 10mm nut on the under side of the stock exhaust tip but is that all, because this thing is a pain in the butt to get off. esp being a sqaure piece i got to get out of a oval hole. any tips, have to replace them dad accidently backed the car to far and hit the curb

for the new ones that i get to replace them are they easier to get on than to get off? and once agian its just the 10mm. thats on the underside?

How much are you getting your new tips, btw? I see them on Majestic Honda for $60. Just wondering if there's anywhere cheaper.

If it's bent, you might need some metal sheers cut it loose.

Hmm? I personally have not removed my exhaust tips... Maybe some Wash and Wax wackos would know since they sometimes will remove the exhaust tips to clean and restore them to a shine.

Twist too; you've got to use some elbow grease.
