Well, MY06 roof had the same problem as others in the past...The problem of wearing on the passenger side. I have now taken my S to the dealer 2 times and still they haven't replaced the roof to 100%.

The first time I put my roof and windows up it didn't make that air tight seal (pppsstt) noise. So I thought no big deal, but the first night it dropped down to 50 (south fla) I got in my car in the AM and there was due/moisture all inside. Now I have returned my car to the dealer and now they alleged the "center seal" was not installed correctly.

Anyone experience this problem with roof replacements?
