you should always double clutch, if you rev match while holding the clutch down, you're essentially riding your clutch and especially during high rpm rev matching you will wear your clutch way faster than double clutching.

what he said ^^.. every time u revv match with clutch in... your wearing otu the clutch more... double clutch instead

My friend would burn his clutch on his '99 Mirage just by constantly revving while depressing the clutch pedal. I assume this would be the case with many other manual cars.

how to rev match or double clutch? let me know and i will try to explain these concepts so you understand them

because as the op said everyone should learn how to implement these concepts as it puts you more in tune with your car

i live by double-clutch down shift only, all man trans.
i've found that the s needs a DC on the 1-2 shift because of my slow left foot and fast right hand .
