How does auto-down mirrors make this car less of a sports car, it is a sports car but for those who use them as daily drivers (myself) little features like this are often very helpful.

man you guys are a tough crowd. it isn't that i can't back my car into the garage. it would just be easier with reverse sensing mirrors.

i agree with slcook54... why would this feature make it less of a sports car? we shouldn't get glove box organizers or floor mats either. it makes the car far too refined.

Not trying to be a jerk, but how hard is it to just adjust your mirror so it's pointing down? I do it every time I park next to a curb and it takes about 5 seconds.

I'm not opposed to little luxuries. I'd install a cappuccino machine in the boot if I could.

I just believe it is dangerous to reverse using mirrors and have never had the need, even when parallel parking.

As for the comment about the creased plastic window: Fair enough. I forgot our car even had a roof!

You can also get a video camera or sensors mounted to the back of the car that operate when you are reversing to ensure you don't back into things.
