Default Ricey?

I'm thinking about getting a Bride seat for just the driver side. The main question is would this be ricey, look outta place, even get me flamed? Do any of you guys run a different driver seat than your stock and use the standard for the passenger?

The different seats thing looks cheap to me. My two cents.

I like seeing matched sets, either both oem or of the same aftermarket. I'm still undecided about those driver/nav sets; not a huge fan of those either...

Would you wear different shoes at the same time?

Its your car, If you like it, go for it
I think its okay your saving some money on something thats not really needed, why spend extra money just to match? you can always complete the set later.

I think it creates a very track oriented look, a significant number of tuned cars in Japan use different seats for both sides, often the pasenger side being more comfort oriented.

My stance is screw the passenger, she doesn't have to do any driving. Cash spent on another seat can be spent on suspension.

I agree having 2 different seats may look misplaced but the money you dont spend on the second seat you can spend on something like suspension
