Am I nuts or is something wrong with the board? All the dates of posts on this thread are today, but I was in Hawaii last year. We also changed our procedures for email so that Stratocaster, Reedz, or I will respond within 24 hours in most cases, often sooner. I'm baffled by this thread.

I never received a reply to my email about my order either but I did finally get the products so I know where Boit's coming from about being nervous about his order.

Take a pill you picked the wrong guy to bash. My order was completed within 1 week with great communication.

Why should he "take a pill"? He's a consumer who has doubts about the fulfillment of his order. If the terms and conditions state that his cc will be charged when the order is placed, then he's in the wrong about that, BUT he doesn't have his product, NOR has he received any communication. He has the RIGHT the right to make inquiries to the people that use this board.

Your satisfaction has ZERO bearing on HIS situation. There's nothing wrong with making the statement that you're happy with the product/service, but going on the offensive without knowing ANY of the details is just not proper.

I dont know about everyone else, but I have met Rick, and he is as shady as ol Boit has described. Plus on top of that, i ordered my cleared diffusers and side markers from him and it took him a whole week to get them to me!!! Boy oh Boy was i Furious!! Why cant he get these orders in the mail next day????!!!

U know what, In fact, he should have them on my doorstep the following morning! Yeah, im never ordering from rick again!!!

I really hate when someone bashes a guy who has built his rep thru quality service. Especially knowing that he is "one of us" . Of course I do love reading all the backlash that follows it!!!!

He should have definitely done a search. I have only ordered from Rick once so I go by my experience....it was a mess but after emails back and forth for days, it got resolved. I partly agree with the guy though, he IS the consumer and has every right to complain for the service. I however, think is great that Rick has set up new procedures to reply promptly...I might just order the Ricks' badges from him...only if they were not so expensive!!

It's been said about 40 times so far, but here goes, just be patient, your order will come in. I have ordered from Rick multiple times and my items have always came in a timely fashion. In most cases only a week or so.

Good grief. Rick's Accessories was created as service to this community. As a board sponsor Rick's has set standards for others to follow. They have top notch customer service and support for their products. They have remained innovative by creating products that add style, elegance, and performance.
