Oh really, a community service organization? Like the lions club or knights of columbus? I could have sworn that it was a business. The website and innumerable posts to these boards certainly would make it appear to be a for-profit, product-driven, consumer products company. Just like Frito Lay, The Gap and Kimberly-Clark.

 

I got good product but slow service...evens out guess.

 

Problem resolved.

By the way, where in my original post do I accuse Rick of being dishonest or absconding to Haiwaii with my money. All I described was my frustration with getting information concerning my order. And yes, I DID read terms but after 3 weeks and having received all the other items, I merely wanted information on the last item not received. I guess I was unreasonable in asking for information in the first place. I finally received an email explaining their mistake on my order. Rick has corrected the mistake in a very professional and generous manner.

 

Good, all's well that ends well.
