How do get your shift boot to stay up like that ? I have been trying to figure out how to do that. Mabey a rubber ring or somethine like that.

the ARC knobs are countersunk, but are they countersunk as far down as the Rick's ones?

I do like it - I just go back and forth between the Voodoo and the OEM.

All metal shifters get cold, but I haven't driven without gloves for years. For me, it's not problem. I installed an aluminum Voodoo knob from Rick several weeks ago and I much prefer it over the stock knob. It's a great improvement.
