but havent had much time, with starting a new job and moving across the country
few weeks back had an issue with one of their products.
wasnt a super expensive product, mind you.
but they sent out a replacment item right away, free shipping, and without seeing the broken product. Because of this, I know I will be buying from them again in the future.

i had the same thing happen to me, a rather miniscule problem but rick was on it like it was his own car. He replied to me within 20 minutes (i sent the email at 8:00 pm!) I wish rick could teach corporate america the right way to do business. As long as I have an S rick has a customer. Super guys

I've bought lots from Ricks (as well as gifts purchased by my wife :-)
They have been excellent at responding to any questions or followup items that had nothing to do with their fault...yet they've sent me 'stuff' to fix me up at NO cost. (Won't say "what" as that might not be their every time policy.)
Suffice to say, these guys treat you right, IMO. I recommend them highly!
