Great service from Ricks!
Here's my story. I ordered an xbrace from Ricks and asked that it be sent to Ganley Honda so that it could be installed on my car before delivery.
Well today I received the xbrace at my house. It came quickly but to the wrong place. Also, it was missing the bolts required to install it.
Anyway, a little bit unhappy, I wrote a PM to Jeff Shahan letting him know about my problem.
He promptly called me and gave me a solution that I'm very happy with. He said he would send another xbrace over to Ganley and when I get delivery of my car I can just hand the xbrace that's in my possession to Jeff (hardtopguy).
In the end, problem solved = happy customer.
I'd like to thank Jeff Shahan at Ricks for the great customer service. If only every place I ordered from had service like this. Thanks!
