Rick's has joined forces with Team Voodoo!
A great idea! The back side of the leather will not scratch the paint and the leather will not slide around on the fender. We will get started on a prototype on Monday, which I'd like to send to you for testing and comment when it's ready. In fact, I'll have two made -- I want one for my car, pronto! Would you like black or red leather?
That cover is vinyl and it's actually intended to protect the rear of the car when the hard top is being put on or off. The shape is wrong and too large for a single fender cover, judging by the photo.
Griot's Garage makes a terry cloth fender cover, with pockets for tools on the outside and magnets in the corners to hold it in place on the sheet metal. I've used in many times, but I don't really like it very much. The shape and size is right, but it slips around too much, and the idea of putting heavy metal tools in the pockets, where you might accidentally pressure them to dent the fender, had been a concern from the start. Plus the magnets really don't hold it in place.

Yeah, Muz, that was my first reaction, too, when I saw it. I thought, wow, a fender cover with the logo. Then after looking at the thing and reading the description, I realized the classification on the web site was misleading.
