Default Ricks Headrest

So I have installed my supercharger and every other thing on my car - also an ASE tech. For the life of me I cant figure out how the hell to install these headrests, lol! Any tips? Do I have to take out the plastic mesh? What are the 4 straps for?

Thanks guys!

Response from Ricks:

Pull the plastic covers from the back
Of each seat. They just pull straight off. Next unscrew the 4 philips head screws from the black mesh. Now fit the headrest into place. Reinstall the black mesh keeping the 4 headrest straps aligned with the screw holes
Of the black mesh. Now reinstall each of the screws in the black mesh and have them go through each of the straps. Now reinstall the plastic covers.

They used to be a friction fit but that sounded better then it actually worked.

Those things are ugly in my opinion. I like the mesh look. But enjoy, I could care less about the wind, its a convertable.

I think it's more to keep your head from sinking into the headrest hole. Rick's sells Lexan inserts if you just want to block wind.
