Default Ricks....This is how to do business!!

The other day Im driving down the I-40 in Tennessee. Some punk kids in front of me obviously threw some substance on my brand new (6 months) S2000. By the time i got home I realized that it was some type of paint remover. Front, hood, fenders, spoiler, mirrors, and window gaskets were ruined. This included my new Ricks Hood Emblem. DAMN!!!!!!!!!!

I sent Ricks an e-mail on their web site and within a day I had a response from James. He took care of my problem with no questions asked. Received my new emblem within a week and now my Baby feels renewed!!!!

These guys went above and beyond what I had expected. You just dont find this type of customer service these days.

Guys keep upthe GREAT work and we will all stand behind you!!!!

I had a similar issue with all four of my wheel badges. I never posted an official "thank you" for their above and beyond regular service.

Thanks Rick and James! You guys are great. That's why I don't hesitate to order from them when they have something to my liking.

Same here...
I bought new wheels and my badges were damaged when removing them from my old stock rims. Ricks sent me a new set. Did the same thing for a good friend of mine when decided to use her S as a tractor (went off roading during a "spirited" drive). Rick replaced everything.
I buy many products from Rick and think he really knows how to treat his customers.

Unfortunately I didn reaize what they had done. I thoughtmaybe they had washed their window and it sprayed back on me. by the time I got home and washed the bugs off the front of the car the damage was done. I called the highway patrol but wasnt their car so they were not to interested. Anyway I took her in and got all new parts and painted up and she is smiling again!!!!!

I have also bought many parts from Rick's. If they carry it, I will buy from them first.

I totally agree.

Bought a set of Fumoto valve which got damaged during install. They sent me a new set for free (didn't even have to pay shipping) within a week.

Excellent customer service!
