Hey everyone,
Please do not take this thread the wrong way. It was started to show the business ethics of Ricks. I never asked them to send me anything free nor did expect them to. My first leter to them stated that i saw they thy offered the badges in pairs and wanted to know if they would sell them individually. I never expected them to send me a free one. They did and amazed me.
We do not need to all expect that they will do this. We WOULD then realize that they could not stay in business. Im sure it is on a case by case basis.
Just wanted to let everyone know with the original post that Ricks knows how to treat its customers. Whether it is a free replacement or a cut price or full price it seems that tey know how to make it right.
Just remember they are running a business and from the looks of the previous posts we need to continue to support them.
