What DaveZ wrote. Most plain orders have been shipped. The engraving is being completed within the next week or so.

To ensure proper alignment of the shift pattern on the knobs of those who've chosen it, we've shipped a shift lever assembly to the engraver. He'll use this to get the proper alignment (yes, the threads on all the shift levers are exactly the same depth.
