Rims without lowering?

Default Rims without lowering?

ok, im debating on whether to get new rims or not. what do you guys all suggest? i wanna get 18s, but then again, i dont wanna play with the suspension, but also, i dont want my car to look like a 4x4. the spoon sw388s look nice too....

IMHO, if you do get new rims bigger than the stock ones, then you'll need to lower your car. I say it looks kinda funny lookin if you dont, too big of a gap between the ground and bottom of the car. But then again, jus my opinion...

The proper +2 sizing on 18s will result in no/little change in wheel/tire circumference. Check out the below site for sizing info. You can find the OEM wheel info in the fAQ section.

9kRPMF20C,

What happens is that when you put 18's on the car, the gap is more evident because the wheel is pushed out closer to the fender.

Since the S2000 is decently low already...it doensn't look bad with 18's.

ok, thanks for all the help guys. now all i gotta do is decide on a nice set of rims. any suggestions? if i dont get the spoon sw388s, then i'd probably wanna get volks or something of that sort. gunmetal or black.
