Rims without lowering?
Search for posts by WILLIAM (i think)...he put 18" work Miester wheels on his red S2000, and it looked AWEFULL!!(4x4)!! I had 17" Volks on my red S2000 and it looked 4x4 too........
In my opinion, if you get any wheels, actually stock the car looks pretty damned high too...... there is at least 4 fingers of tire to fender gap.... with it lowered about 1.25 inches it looks great though!
just my opinion.....but it definately does not look good with 18" and now lowering!

I think 18's w/o lowering will make the car look jacked up. Even if the tire diameter/circumference is unchanged, the fenderwell clearance/sidewall height ratio increases, create the visual illusion of too much ride height.
Just a guess, but I wouldn't expect 17's to look as bad w/o lowering.

I'll be at vtecvoodoo's meet at Norm Reeve's on Sunday, so you can check out my 18s in person and decide for yourself.

BRo, the Spoon wheels are hot, but the Spoon wheels makes your car look mean, so I guess your wife wouldn't like it, it you want something that hot and looks good, VOlks, TE37 in gunmetal , or I personally have VOLK GTP-N's.
