I went to the dedaler today and drove my car with the technician in it. We both agreed that there is a rattle when decelerationg between 4500 and 3500 rpm.
He seems to not know about this bullitin. He says when they call to bring it in (something else), then he will have a lok at it, but he can't promise anything.
I don't want to walk in there and say, "Check your service bullitins, I know there's one and I need a new clutch damnitt".

Also being that I will be out of town when they call, someone else will bring my car in.

What should I do or say. The rattle is anoying, and he going to go looking for this noise.

Show them the TSB then explain how you have this exact problem, be firm but professional. If they don't help you ask for the Service Manager/Director. Dealers vary in their response to warranty issues some are cool others have to be convinced. My dealer had to be convinced even though others in my area had the clutch replaced by the same dealer (amnesia?).

Had to call Honda Cust. Serv. to get new clutch approved. Once they approved (they were familiar with the TSB) the dealer was good to go with the replacement.

 

I had mine fixed at Nelson Honda. Urea grease and new clutch solved the ringing sound. Best TSB I ever got!!!!
