Default Vibrating accelerator -- Help me Please!!

I just had my clutch replaced under the service bulletin, and ever since then my accelerator pedal will vibrate (just like when ABS kicks in) for a second or two when first pulling away from a parked position (the has to have been sitting there for a while). Then it goes away until you let it sit for a while again. I have taken it into TEAM Honda here in town and they had a hard time replicating it. I went back down and got the advisor to experience the problem. He then took the issue to the service manager, and they are claiming that since it only occurs after sitting for a while that it doesn't warrant putting up and taking a look at, especially since they just replaced the clutch. I explained to them that it didn't occur until after THEY replaced the clutch. And yes, the car is still under warranty. Only 15,000 miles, purchased in 2000. Is anyone out there having this problem at all on their car? If so, is it normal? Should I just live with it, or should I fight to get it fixed? I'm worried about possible long term damage that would obviously occur long after the warranty has expired. Any help you can throw me would be great!!

Get it fixed! More than one of us have found fasteners left off after service... one even had the motor mount bolts missing! You are right, this is something they did in the clutch change.

Get this. I heard back from them today and now they claim that this issue isn't covered under warranty. I asked them why. They say it's because none of the tech's can reproduce the problem (I think he's lieing, as he said earlier it isn't a big issue, insinuating they had found it) and until they can it's not covered under warranty. I reminded him that I have already proven to him specifically that the problem exists (he felt it himself), but he says the tech's have to. You know what, it's all semantics. I have proven to at least one individual it exists, and now it not good enough for them. They keep changing their stories/ looking for reason's not to work on it. I have since contacted National Customer Service and opened a case with them. They agreed that it needs to be looked at. Hopefully they will be an advocate for me in helping me to get this resolved. I just hope corporate doesn't let them hide behind their latest excuse. I HATE TEAM HONDA.
