I drove a silver S2k for a while and it seemed like other cars didn't see me on busy freeways. They'd change lanes on top of me because the car is low and hard to see from the monster SUVs that predominate in California. I'd imagine that white has a similar problem.

With Rio Yellow, everybody sees you regardless of day or night. Thus personally, I assert that you should go with yellow because it's safer! And, of course, it's faster.

I went GPW for a two reasons, it is (was) rare with red and black interior, but also I found that some colors spell out young, fast, dangerous..., white seems to be a color that doesn't have all those stereotypes.

In my red Porsche I am constantly being hassled by the police, they actually have followed me around waiting for me to make a mistake, but in the GPW I don't get that at all. I have a loud exhaust and intake and have not been even so much as pulled over and I may be wrong but I attribute some of that to the color of the car.

Oh and GPW comes with 25whp more, surprised you didn't know...,

IMHO

I love my Rio and im very glad I went with the color. I was honestly starting to feel that it was a bit much, but the I got a carbon mugen style hood and I absolutly love how it tones it down a bit. Now I want to get a carbon trunk to carry the black all the way down the center of the car.

the rio is pretty with the goldish flake to it. yellow also stays cleaner. and the pollen blends in when it starts to fall. yellow and black is a timeless color combo, can also do blue green. yellow will take fantastic colors if its clean. (i have a garage so thats not that big of a deal to me) it all depends yellow stands out more, i think the color has a lot to do with personality can you stand driving around in a banana?

white looks good clean, the whole car just get gradually dirtier and dull and your like shi&...i bought silver haha time for a wash. plus with pollen youll be washing everyday if your a wacko like some of us. white you can match with anything red tan black etc. (however if it has red seats your locked into that) white will take nice pictures too. white blends in not really that unusual, and its a common coor the second most common IIRC
can you stand driving a refrigerator?

then there is the whole AP1 vs. Ap2 debate

id want AP2 just because it is newer

now i own yellow. i also have ap2. so im biased. however since turning 16 and im 20 now. ive owned 4 cars. TWO have been YELLOW and one has been white. the other was silver but thats not relevant
