The Drivers Seat is toast the seat pan was crushed in the accident. The only seat to survive was the passenger. He is letting the Ins Company just take the car.

 

Could someone explain to me how the driver's left foot wasn't injured?!?!?! Looking at the next to last pic it looks like it would've been crushed!!!

Thank God they are both OK. I will jump on the "tires were to blame" bandwagon here....definitely mismatched and dangerous.

I asked the same question. He said he spent 5 min trying to get his shoe back. It was stuck for good. I guest god was on his side.
