Thanks to everyone for the good ideas and the support!

I also prefer to use paypal, as opposed to sending a money order.

What happened was, I got a message from paypal saying I was over the spending limit, and I would have to attach my ebay account to my bank account in order to continue.

Since I don't want to tie paypal to my only bank account, I'm stuck without paypal for the moment.

I've been terribly busy with anesthesia school, but today I sent this message to the dirtbag who ripped me off:

Because you have not replied to my correspondence, and because you cashed the money order I sent you for the purchase of the

Yup I'm in the same paypal boat as you right now...I haven't hit the spending limit yet, but I can only spend $0.05 till I do. I already e-mailed pay pal saying that I only use it for CC transactions and I never give bank information out online. They either need to reraise my limit or I will discontinue my use of pay pal since I will NEVER give them my bank account. I'm just anal about what information I give out online.

When I first started getting emails from Paypal asking for by bank account info I was sure it was a phishing scam. They just don't need to know that much about me.

www.escrow.com

It only costs about 5% (CC and PayPal are 3%) and for that you don't get ripped off.

Thanks, boss.

I forgot to mention that when I went to leave negative feedback on ebay, I couldn't because he was no longer an e-bay member.

This a-hole has told me nothing but lies so far [so don't believe everything you read], but I recieved this yesterday:

you will probably have your console before you get this message

Of course, I have received nothing, and he didn't supply a tracking number.

However, since he has sent me a return e-mail, perhaps there is still hope to get the console, or my money back.

Thanks, you guys, for all of the support. I'll let you know what happens!

At lease that way he will have to change his phone number at the very least... I will call him at least 10 times a day for you when I am bored at work and I know others will too
I'll help - just need his contact information
