AusS2000,

When I asked questions I was told offset would be the same front and rear (I think 50) but the person answering the questions wasn't in the least bit cooperative so he could have been just getting rid of me. Do you know if they will be producing other models in S2000 sizes?

Also any firm prices yet?

Thanks,

Col.

Who did you speak to?

Your average tyre and wheel shop won't have the foggiest. You'd have to speak to ROH direct.

Mind you, these figures come from the top guys at ROH in SA. They are producing these specifically for the S.

The initial pricing I got was for the 17's and came to $AUD342 a corner. This was prior to a group buy so we'll see what transpires once they've given me buy breaks.

AusS2000,

I spoke to ROH at the Sydney Motor Show, supposedly the person in charge of the booth, but he was really only interested in convincing me to go towards their 2/3 piece wheels.

I am definitely interested in a new/different set of wheels but after two HSVs with ROH (Cheviot) made wheels and the inner surface not being finished I am not sure. Both my VP and VS Senator wheels went black on the inside surface as there didn't appear to be a good clear coat over the final finish, I tried all sorts of cleaning but apart from taking the wheels off and spending a lot of time per wheel i learnt to live with it. I complained to dealer and HSV and both said "product of wheel manufacturing", I then checked other owner's cars and same result.

Saw a set of BBSs on a red s2000 while at the Honda track day at Wakefield but the offset was way to much with both sets of wheels poking out from under the guard.
