Exclamation rokc chips? no more :)

So part 3 of my s2k saga....Well I'm pretty happy! I got rid of the rental today and saw the results of the s2k...and she is beautiful!! silverstone I was quoted at $1k to $1200 at many body shops just to repaint my whole bumper, then take off the amuse lip resand it and paint again and fix up all the dents and rock chips from the frreway on the bumper and on the lip. My amuse lip was in horrible condition since the previous owner had all this stuff on it and shitty paint job. Now it looks mint. this shop in Seattle did it for half price and in two days If your in seattle/lynwood go to "Auto bee" if you want a great mathcing paint job and detail. The big honda delaer sends all theres cars to them also. 425-513-2165. I'm soooo happy! I missed her! Heres a celly pic!

As soon as i got out of the parking lot from the paint place, a van full of people kept honking and thumbs up to my s2k

$1200 for just a repaint? I thought it would be $400 tops to repaint a stock bumper cover with no damage to repair.

yeh bumper and fender work, then lip was sanded down repainted and installed all by them. So yes around $500 -$600 which so rocked any of the other prices from body shops and the quality and speed was awesome. The old guy who works there is a pro, they def could have charged me over $1k. Byt they work with hondas all the time so they have color matching down perfect. Kevin your in bellevue, so if you need work done go to them, they are in south everett/lynwood! I'll have them paint my side skirts for sure.

Rock chips suck! Dump trucks need to learn to stay in the right lane and slow down a little bit.

My bumper only has a few minor chips, I would hate to ever have to repaint the bumper though because it would hurt resale value.

GRRRRR! I was riding in the left lane this morning and was trying to get past a dump truck in the middle of three lanes. Right as I was coming along side of him there was a slight bump in the free way and when he hit it I could here tons of pebbles bouncing off the front of my car. I was so pissed.
