Default Rolling stop sign ticket

Hey guys just wondering how much i should be expecting to pay, before it gets to me in the mail. Any info would be good. I live in CA too.

when my friend got one a couple years ago in the south bay, it was ~200. but i heard fines were increased this year so good luck. usually if you goto the court date you can ask for reduced fine.

hey thanks for the reply, so all i would have to do was show up to court and request a lower fine, and they may lower it?

yeah, it depends on how nice the judge is feeling. i don't know about rolling stop sign tickets though, i only know this works for speeding tickets (it helps that i'm a poor college student )

you might want to look into ticketassassin.com also. i don't remember if they had one for rolling stop sign, but it's worth a shot.

do a search for the 2007 california fines....... next time look around before you break the law.

I have a question... if my speedo says 0 but the cop still gives me a ticket for it.. Can I get out of it? lol

i got one last year and in IL it was only $75, my friend is an officer and talked to the douche that gave me the ticket and told him not to goto court. Next time, know someone who can get you out of trouble when you break the law
