Go to court and plead 'not guilty', get a court date and then call and tell them you'll need to reschedule at the last minute, do it twice, go to court on the 3rd reschedule and it's almost garunteed the officer who wrote your ticket won't show and you'll get off.

I heard a CHP telling Adam Carrola (sp) on his radio show that that's how you get out of a ticket in Cali. It even works in Oregon

 

It depends on your court costs. Ours are the price of the infraction plus court costs. I believe the state troopers failure to yield or stop total cost is around 100-120.00. You can always call the Law Enforcement Center and just ask them what its going to be. If you don't want to go to court you can just pay the ticket plus court costs.

 

LOL, what happens when you get pulled over on a nice sunny day? Ask the cop to wait a minute while you put the top up so he can see the sticker?
