I would go with whatever got me a new top. The top is probably going to be the first thing to go when it comes to cosmetic / exterior things. Might as well get fresh vinyl above your head again. This option should really be considered if you plan on keeping the car for the long haul. Just my opinion. Oh, and again, sorry if this was the work of foul play.

 

Going to do it this weekend, think i'll go for the new vinyl...
