Default RS*R confusion cleanup

Hey all,

There seems to be a lot of confusion between the RS*R and the Invidia exhausts. I have received notice from the business manager of RS*R USA on their standpoint on the issue. It is posted below:

_____________________________________
RS*R is no longer associated with Invidia.

RS*R is made in Japan.

Invidia is made in Taiwan.

The invidia exhausts are not engineered by RS*R Japan.

Invidia (taiwan) and their US distributors have been illegally using the
RS*R trademark to promote their companies. Basically, they have hijacked
the RS*R brand name and stamped their boxes without permission. RS*R is
pursuing legal action against both parties and that is all the general
public needs to know.

If anyone wants to speak directly to us about this, they can e-mail us at
info@rs-r.com

Hope this clears any confusion up.

I think both exhausts look great. It is just too bad that a company mis-marketed a good product.

My friend has the invidia exhaust, looks nice and sounds deep. Personally I think the quality is better than plenty of made in japan exhaust. So IMO I would careless the location of where it is made as long as it's a has a good sound.

My mechanic was right. He mentioned that it was manufactured in Taiwan when he installed the exhaust. I still like it though. Not as good as a Spugen though. Go SPUGEN!
