I've solved any issues I could have with the s2000 dash by driving my old pos dodge neon as a dd/winter beater. When I get in the s2000, it feels like a lexus.

I would love to have the Lotus Evora dash in the S.

It sounded like a good idea until i saw that RSX dash in the EG. Then I realized I have gotten too spoiled by the digital read out to deal with gauges haha

Still though, someone needs to photoshop this NOW! I still want to see it.

I'm actually surprised this is this well received on this forum... usually anything away from the typical mods is considered rice...
even though they both fall under the "import tuner" umbrella, a civic and S2000 is very far apart in terms of why someone owns one and why why it should be modded.

the civic is an economy car. mugen edition, SI trim level, whatever, it's an economy car down to the bone. the S on the other hand is for a driving enthusiast through and through.

the same mods can improve a civic and at the same time degrade an S. a set of coil overs on a civic can easily improve it's handling. the same cannot be said with the S. it's oem suspension setup is very well setup and outside of full on track setup, little aftermarket options can give it an aftermarket improvement.

most bought their S for the driving excitement and performance which Honda damn near nailed right off the bat.
most buy their civics, Vdubs, celicas, and so on so that they can tune/improve it. which can be easily done.

many S2000 owners like their cars as is from the factory and would leave it stock. how many civic/integra/rsx/crx owners can say that?

what i'm saying is, a dash swap is in the intrest of most S2K owners as much as a kickass stereo setup is for Ferrari owners.

i still think its possible. i remember when the k20 in a crx wasnt possible or when the k20 in an insight sounded stupid. somehow... they both have been completed.

cut twice measure once... or something like that

Didn't someone swap an NSX dash into an S2000?
that's not a good idea. nsx has ugly prelude style dash. i know some nsx owners already tried to swap s2000 cluster and steering wheel into their nsx.
