No- put they look just like the ones in the web site provided(cut to fit exactly over the OEM mats). They look like Honda could have produced them. Very good quality(Lloyds is a high end mat company). This link gives better closeups of the mats design:

Done, bought them...can't beat $50 for all season mats.

I have the Lloyd's and they are awesome and I use them year-round.

Only bad thing, I bought from Auto Anything and specified AP2. The driver side mat only came with one pre-punched hole for the mat posts.
