My clutch started banging against the firewall each time I pressed it down today. When I got home I saw that the rubber stop on the firewall had fallen off.

Anyone had this problem? It's not clear how I'm going to put it back on.

 

BTW, I mean clutch pedal, not the actual clutch.

 

This happened to my car about a year and half ago. No problems at all as a result. Just another annoying noise.

but yeah, mine just fell off too. i need to look for it now... grr
