Default Rust on my '05

I decided to take advantage of the warm weather today and start the process of detailing my car for the spring. While I was claying the paint and filling stone chips with touch-up paint, I noticed that one of the smallest chips on my front fender had some rust in it. What can/should I do about it? It was only the size of the tip of a ballpoint pen, so I just clayed it as much as I could to scrape off any surface rust, then I sealed it with touch-up paint (If this was not the right thing to do, I can locate the spot easily to remove the paint). If this is irrepairable, what should I expect? Is my fender going to start rusting out from that point? How long will it take for it to spread?

Thank you.

take it to honda and ask them what's up.

most likely they will just touch up the spot but at least they will give you a couple or free oil change

^ Uh...why would Honda do anything for you when the rust is caused by rock chips?

They won't do anything. No hole no help. Take the oxidation out and apply touch up paint.
